New Hampshire, just south of the White Mountains. Packing up the Jeep and heading back to the Big Apple. May do some more hiking in the fall, but I think this wraps up the summer. Getting closer to the finish!

On April 21, 2010, after more than twenty years of dreaming, reading, planning, hoping, delaying, and anticipating, I started hiking the Appalachian Trail from Georgia to Maine. 2,200 miles. Five million steps. Tradition demands that you assume a trail name while part of the thruhiker community. Mine will be OldSchool.
