Engineering is just plain impressive, especially when you are terraforming with your teeth. Maybe we need to figure out how to adapt beavers to Mars?

On April 21, 2010, after more than twenty years of dreaming, reading, planning, hoping, delaying, and anticipating, I started hiking the Appalachian Trail from Georgia to Maine. 2,200 miles. Five million steps. Tradition demands that you assume a trail name while part of the thruhiker community. Mine will be OldSchool.
